The effectiveness of management, and thus the efficiency of the company, largely depend on the available information
on its business areas.

In October 2012, the Management Board of the company DAS Najlepsze z Polski Sp. z o. o. decided to introduce the Enterprise Resource Planning System to its management in order to enable data collection and data optimal use.

The Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) will allow to simplify the Group’s organization and management,
which should enable reliable data collection in the following areas:
• storage and warehouse supply
• resource management
• order execution
• transport and logistics management
• sales
• client relations management
• human resources management
• finance
• controlling
The launch of the ERP system should also result in better time use, faster decision-making process, increased competitiveness
and higher level of client services.

In connection with the planned introduction of the ERP system, on November 15, 2012, the Company, through the intermediary
of an outsourced company, applied to the Ministry of Regional Development for the funding of the project under the Innovative Economy Operational Programme.

On March 12, 2013 the project developed  by the Company DAS Najlepsze z Polski S. A. was granted funding under the Innovative Economy Operational Programme.

The priority axis of the project is "Information Society - higher innovation of the economy".
The operation is based on "Supporting the implementation of B2B type e-business."

The main objective of the project is to create a B2B (Business to Business) platform allowing the company to automate and integrate operational processes implemented in the Group DAS Najlepsze z Polski S. A. Software innovation consists in integrating various functions of the Group into a single synchronized system of complex exchange and analysis of information.
